Today is the launch of the Cathedral of Community Project that I am running in Medway’s Heritage Action Zone Project (HSHAZ), commissioned by the Intra Cultural Consortium.
I will be working with local businesses and organisations to create stained-glass-esque portraits of their teams/staff/workers that will feature in a colourful light display next month as a monument to those working behind the scenes to make The Old High Street Intra the vibrant hub that it is.
Cathedral of Community is one of the 6 new projected commissioned as part of the The High Street Heritage Action Zone (HSHAZ) Cultural Programme pilot is led by Medway Council, funded by Historic England and The National Lottery Heritage Fund, and supported by Arts Council England.
